The hotel is perfectly spotless and light with beautifully decorated rooms, featuring a lounge attached to the bar for socializing. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly in the bar and during breakfast. The location is great for exploring areas near Poole and Bournemouth. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of choices. The hotel facilities were fabulous.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with its lovely view of the gardens from a nicely decorated, spacious room. The service was helpful but sometimes slow, especially during meal times. The location was fantastic, close to town and nature, although a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was mostly delightful despite some delays. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite, both at the hotel and restaurant. They sorted parking for us, but there were occasional slip-ups with orders.

The hotel's location is great, near the town's amenities and wildlife of the water meadows. It was clean and had convenient parking, but noise from non-staying guests was sometimes disruptive.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with lovely rooms that were very well decorated and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were excellent. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff creating a fantastic atmosphere. The location was central and convenient, with ample onsite parking and a delightful garden area. The dining experience was good overall, with room for improvement, and the facilities were top-notch.
